Soaking is one of the easiest way to make rice water.
To use this method:-
- Take 1 cup of uncooked rice.
- Rinse thoroughly
- Now place rice in a bowl and pour 2-3 cup of water.
- Leave to soak for 45 mins.
- Strain the clean water into a bowl.
Another way to make rice water is done through boiling the rice.
Cover 1 cup of rice with double the water used for cooking. Cook the rice in boiling water then strain the water in a clean bowl and leave it at room temperature for 30 mins.
HOW TO USE RICE WATER
- Wash your hair with shampoo
- Rinse thoroughly with tap water
- Pour rice water onto your hair
